Single-Game Football, Hospitality Tickets On Sale

May 30, 2013

The Boston College Athletics ticket office has announced that single-game football tickets and individual tickets to three new hospitality areas are now on sale. Individual game tickets start at $25 (Villanova & Army) and $30 (Wake Forest, Virginia Tech & NC State). FSU individual game tickets are not available at this time but are included within the season ticket package starting at $150 or a new Flex Pack. All ticket options are available online at www.bceagles.com, by calling 617-552-GoBC or by visiting the Conte Forum ticket office.

In addition to season tickets, the multi-game options include a three-game "Flex Pack" at $100. Each Flex Pack includes a ticket to the Florida State game, one ticket to either the Wake Forest, Virginia Tech or NC State games (fans may choose) and one ticket to either Villanova or Army. BC's popular "Family Four Packs" are also available and include four tickets, four hot dogs and four Coca-Cola beverages. Family Four Packs start at $80 (Villanova & Army) and $100 (Wake Forest, Virginia Tech and NC State games). Group tickets are available (for parties of 50 or more) starting at $10 each (Villanova & Army games) and $15 (Wake Forest, Virginia Tech & NC State).

BC is also selling single-game tickets to the three new pregame hospitality areas - one located outside of Gate E of Alumni Stadium, one at O'Neill Plaza and one at 2101 Commonwealth Avenue on the Brighton campus. The three hospitality options were announced last month as part of BC's "You're No. 1" campaign to enhance the football gameday experience for fans. The venues will feature a buffet meal, live broadcasts of other games from around the country and a cash bar for fans 21 and older. Individual tickets to the Alumni Stadium/Gate E venue are $35 ($17.50 for children 4-12) while tickets to the O'Neill Plaza and Brighton Campus venues are $30 each ($15 for children 4-12). Children three and under will be admitted free. Fans may purchase the season passes on BC's Hospitality Page.

The BC Athletics Department held two sold-out "town hall" style meetings and surveyed more than 1,400 current and former season ticketholders to obtain feedback. Based on that input, Athletics Director Brad Bates said sweeping changes would be announced in the areas of gameday parking, pregame hospitality, game atmosphere and customer service, to be implemented this season. Additional announcements are forthcoming. New procedures will be put in place with the goal of efficient entry to parking areas to maximize the tailgating experience. Shuttle bus service from the various free satellite parking areas will begin earlier. Some regulations affecting access between key areas on gameday will be altered.

To enhance customer service, BC will place greater emphasis on training and communications for gameday employees who interact one-on-one with fans. The theme "You're No. 1" is intended as a message that every single fan is valued as an important part of the football program. In-game entertainment will be enhanced through several changes that will be announced in August when the team begins practice.
