Boston College and Army will kick off its Oct. 6, 2012 game at noon at Michie Stadium in West Point, N.Y., according to an announcement made by the U.S. Military Academy on Thursday.

The game will be televised by CBS Sports Network.

The meeting will mark the 37th in the all-time series between the teams. Boston College is 24-12 against the Black Knights and has won five straight meetings, including a 37-17 decision in the last meeting between the teams on Sept. 22, 2007 at Alumni Stadium in Chestnut Hill, Mass.

The game will mark BC's first trip to West Point, N.Y. since capturing a 55-17 victory over Army on Sept. 9, 2000.
