Parents' Weekend (Sept. 27 against Colorado State) and Homecoming (Oct. 18 against Clemson) are among seven different themes scheduled around 2014 home football games, Boston College Director of Athletics Brad Bates has announced.
"This represents the latest in our efforts to enhance the gameday experience for our student-athletes, students and fans," Bates said. "Our supporters were very appreciative of the changes we made last season, and we will keep striving to make Boston College football a great entertainment value."
This year's seven-game home schedule features visits from perennial power Southern California, ACC-rivals Clemson, Pittsburgh and Syracuse and conference newcomer Louisville. Additional details about each theme day can be found below.

2014 Boston College Football Season Ticket Information
Season tickets are available. Multiple seating and pricing options are available starting as low as $176 for the season or as low as just $30 a month with the six-month payment plan. Additionally, Clemson Mini Pack that includes Clemson and two other games are also available for $99.

Boston College vs. Pittsburgh, Friday, September 5 - Military Appreciation Night
Join the Eagles for a nationally televised game under the lights of Alumni Stadium on Friday night as we celebrate those who so valiantly serve and protect our country. Throughout the game we will recognize active, reserve and retired military personnel and thank them for the sacrifices they make in order to provide us the freedoms we enjoy.
Boston College vs. USC, Saturday, September 13 - Service Day
Throughout the game against the Trojans of Southern Cal, Boston College will celebrate many of the groups and individuals throughout the Boston College community who go above and beyond when it comes to the University's mission of Men and Women for Others. The Eagles will also pay a special tribute to BC Alum and 9-11 hero Welles Remy Crowther who sacrificed his own life while saving the lives of others on that tragic day.
Boston College vs. Maine, Saturday, September 20 - Spirit Day
When the Eagles take on the University of Maine Black Bears in a New England football showdown, high school and youth bands and cheerleading teams throughout the region will be invited to take part in the day's festivities including the Eagle Walk, FanFest and other special activities.
Boston College vs. Colorado State, Saturday, September 27 - Parents' Weekend
Join us for Parents' Weekend, a University tradition that allows families to celebrate all that makes the Boston College experience unlike any other, when the Eagles take on 2013 New Mexico Bowl champion Colorado State of the Mountain West Conference. Highlights of the weekend will include the Pops on the Heights Scholarship Gala on Friday night and the parents' pregame barbecue prior to the BC vs. Colorado State football game on Saturday. Ticket information for the Pops on the Heights concert will be posted as it becomes available.
Boston College vs. Clemson, Saturday, October 18 - Homecoming
After a successful return of Homecoming to the Heights in 2013, Homecoming 2014 will kick off with Spirit Week on October 13 and will culminate when the Eagles take on 2013 Orange Bowl champion Clemson on the 18th. To guarantee yourself tickets to the Clemson game you can purchase a season ticket package starting at $176 or purchase the Clemson three game pack for $99. Details for a number of special events and single-game ticket availability will be announced at a later date.
Boston College vs. Louisville, Saturday, November 8 - Youth Day
As the Eagles welcome ACC newcomer and 2013 Russell Athletic Bowl champion Louisville to Alumni Stadium, all high school and youth groups will be invited to take part in the day's festivities including the Eagle Walk, FanFest and other special activities.
Boston College vs. Syracuse, Saturday, November 29 - Rivalry Weekend
The renewed rivalry between Boston College and Syracuse University will continue when the Eagles take on the Orange in Rivalry Weekend 2014. This year's matchup will be the 48th meeting between the teams that dates back to 1924 and will mark the first time the teams have met in Alumni Stadium since 2004 when both were members of the Big East.
