CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Boston College football signed 15 student-athletes to National Letters of Intent on Wednesday, as well as added one transfer and one graduate student to the program.
The Eagles added nine offensive players - two quarterbacks, two running backs, two wide receivers, two tight ends and one offensive lineman. The defensive players consist of three defensive linemen, three defensive backs and two linebackers.
Geographically, 10 states are represented within the class of signees, including five from Ohio.
Additionally, OL Matt Patchan (Armwood HS/Tampa, Fla.) signed as a transfer student from the University of Florida.
TE Louie Addazio (Bucholz HS/Gainesville, Fla.) enrolled in classes in January 2013 as a transfer student from Syracuse University and has been added to the 2012 signing class.
Boston College begins spring practice on February 28 in preparation for the 2013 campaign.
