Became the first true freshman in 20 years to start on the Boston College offensive line when he replaced injured Noah LaRose at Virginia Tech; the line did not allow a single sack in that game against the Hokies...finished the season listed in the No. 2 right tackle slot on the depth chart.
Earned All-State and All-Conference honors as a senior tackle at Boston College High School ...captured Boston Globe, Boston Herald and Patriot Ledger All-Scholastic accolades...earned All-America honors from PrepStar and USA Today, and All-Region honors from several other recruiting services...made 40 tackles as a senior...served as team captain for head coach Jim Cotter...played in the 1997 Massachusetts Shriners Football Classic.
Paul Malcolm Zukauskas, born July 12, 1979...enrolled in the Carroll School of Management...a fine student who earned the Boston College High School Achievement Award...active in his hometown, Paul performed community service at local elementary schools...Paul and his older brother Tom are the sons of Ann Marie and Thomas Zukauskas; his brother is a recent Boston College graduate.
