All-ACC Second Team selection...Rimington Trophy finalist...named to the Rotary Lombardi Award Watch List and the All-ACC Preseason Team.

2009 Season
Named one of two offensive captains...started all 13 games at center and started the last 41 games there...BC ranked 39th in the country in sacks allowed (1.54)...blocked for RB Montel Harris who had the fourth-most carries in the country (308) and the 10th-most rushing yards (1,457)...the line helped Harris record eight 100-yard games.

2008 Season
Started all 14 games at center and has started the last 28 games there...All-ACC honorable mention selection...has emerged into a team leader and all-star candidate on offense...BC ranked 25th in the country in tackles for a loss allowed (4.77) and 49th in sacks allowed (1.69)...the line only allowed 21 sacks with a pair of first-year starting quarterbacks behind them...paved the way for true freshman TB Montel Harris to break BC freshman records with 900 rushing yards and five 100-yard performances...Harris and classmate Josh Haden were the second-most prolific true freshman backfield in the country, averaging 106 yards a game.

2007 Season
Earned the starting role in preseason camp and started all 14 games at center for the Eagles in 2007...helped pave the way for Matt Ryan's record-breaking season...the Eagles finished with 5,924 yards of total offense and Ryan passed for 4,507 yards...got the first start of his career vs. Wake Forest in the season opener.

2006 Season
Saw action in five contests - BYU, NC State, Maine, Buffalo and Duke.

2005 Season
Redshirted.

High School
Earned 2004 SuperPrep All-American honors ... gained Associated Press All-State second-team honors as a senior offensive lineman at Archbishop Moeller High School ... captured All-Southwest Ohio, All-District and All-City first-team accolades in 2004 ... earned the Greater Catholic League's 2004 "Lineman of the Year" award ... was a three-year starter and senior team captain for head coach Bob Crable ... selected to play in the 48th annual Big 33 Football Classic, which was played on July 23 in Hershey Park (Pa.) Stadium ... also competed on Moeller's track and wrestling teams.
