Played in every game as the number two tight end, behind Sean Ryan?caught 11 passes for 132 yards (12.0 per catch), including a season long 34-yarder vs. Stanford?21-yard pass reception vs. Miami?five-yard catch vs. Central Michigan?12-yard grab vs. West Virginia?saved best game of his career for last, vs. Toledo in Motor City Bowl ? four catches for 50 yards.

Moved to the tight end position after spending two years on the defensive line?spent the season as the No. 2 tight end on the depth chart?had four receptions on the season for 42 yards and a touchdown and also made one tackle?had a 14-yard touchdown reception vs. Navy (Sept. 22)?also had one reception vs. Pittsburgh (Oct. 20), Miami (Nov. 10) and Rutgers (Nov. 17)?also recorded a two-point conversion from a Brian St. Pierre pass vs. Syracuse (Nov. 24).

2000 Season
Saw action in 10 games as a reserve on the defensive line....made a total of eight tackles with three against West Virginia (Sept. 2) and two vs. Army (Sept. 9)...had a fumble recovery vs. Navy (Sept. 23)?had one tackle in the Aloha Bowl win.

1999 Season
Saw action in two early games - Navy and Rutgers?registered three tackles?broke up a pass and recovered a fumble in the Navy game?hampered by an ankle injury much of the season but came back at the end.

High School
Earned all-state second-team honors as a senior at Lenape Valley Regional High School...was selected to Tom Lemming's all-East Team...was ranked among SuperPrep's top 15 players in New Jersey...earned West Jersey offensive player of the year honors from the Newark Star-Ledger...was a two-year all-West Jersey, all-area and all-league selection...served as team captain in 1998...played for head coach Donald Smolyn...was selected to play in the 1999 Governor's Cup (New York vs. New Jersey)...also earned all-league basketball honors as a junior and senior.

Frank Misurelli, born June 10, 1980...enrolled in the Lynch School of Education as a human development major...was born in the Philippines...Frank and his younger brother Mike are the sons of Ingrid and Frank Misurelli.
