2004 Season

Coaches moved him from defensive tackle to tight end prior to 2004 spring drills...sat out the season with a knee injury.

2002 Season

Provided depth at left tackle...three solos on the year.

2001 Season

Reserve for the Eagles on the defensive line.

2000 Season

A reserve for the Eagles on the defensive line...played in seven games and made nine tackles, including three tackles against Pittsburgh (Oct. 21) and Temple (Nov. 4)...made two tackles in the Aloha Bowl win over Arizona State.

High School

Earned SuperPrep and Tom Lemming's All-America honors as a senior defensive end at Piscataway High School...captured Gannett/New Jersey and Associated Press all-state second team accolades...also garnered all-county, all-area and all-conference honors...registered 75 tackles in his senior season; also recorded 4.5 sacks, 25 quarterback hurries, seven forced fumbles and three pass breakups...led the 1999 Chiefs to a 9-3 record and their second-consecutive NJSIAA Central Jersey Group 4 championship game...recorded 89 tackles, 11 sacks and 21 tackles for losses as a junior...played for head coach Joe Kuronyi...a versatile athlete who also earned all-conference accolades in wrestling and track.


Justin Warren Hinds, born November 22, 1981...enrolled in the College of Arts & Sciences...Justin and his three older sisters are the children of Dorothy and Brent Hinds.
