  • - Junior Patrick Heckmann led Boston College with a game-high 21 points. He scored 19 of those points in the second half and overtime.

  • - Junior Ryan Anderson recorded his 20th career double-double with 15 points and 12 rebounds.
    • -The Eagles recovered from a 10-point deficit with less than three minutes to go to take the Yellow Jackets to overtime.


    Boston College led, 67-66, with 1:44 left in overtime, but Georgia Tech scored the next five points to take a 71-67 lead with 15 seconds left.



  • - Boston College had a 17-11 advantage at the 8:15 mark before Georgia Tech went on an 11-2 run to take a 22-19 lead with 4:58 left in the first half.
    • - Hanlan hit a 3-pointer at the 4:44 mark to tie the game at 22-22.

    • - Georgia Tech took a 29-25 lead into the break.

    • - The Eagles trailed, 61-51, at the under-four media timeout. They scored the next 10 points to tie it up with 52 seconds left in regulation. Heckmann had six of those points.

    • - BC had a 67-66 lead with 1:44 to go in overtime, but Georgia Tech scored the next five points (including three from Trae Golden) to take a decisive 71-67 lead.
