Ryan Wittman joined the Boston College staff as a graduate manager for the 2013-14 season.
Wittman played four seasons under Steve Donahue at Cornell from 2006-2010. He averaged 16.8 points per game in his career and shot 43.2 percent from beyond the arc in 121 games. The Big Red went 88-33 in his four seasons, advanced to three NCAA Tournaments and reached the Sweet Sixteen in 2010.
Wittman was one of the most decorated players in Cornell history. He earned Associated Press Honorable Mention All-America and Ivy League Player of the Year honors as a senior. He was a three-time NABC All-District selection, a three-time unanimous first-team All-Ivy pick and was the 2006-07 Ivy League Rookie of the Year.
The Eden Prarie, Minn., native is fifth on the Ivy League career scoring list with 2,028 points and is the only Big Red player to eclipse 2,000 points. He is the all-time Ivy League leader in 3-pointers (377).
Wittman earned his bachelor's degree in applied economics and management then went overseas to play professionally in Italy and Poland. He also played for Fort Wayne in the NBA Development League.
Wittman is studying to earn his graduate degree from the Carroll School of Management.
