  • Joined the team in December 2009 after spending the fall 2009 semester at New Hampton (NH) Prep.


  • Averaged 28.0 points, 4.0 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game as a senior at Nelson High School.
  • Was a three-time Halton all-star selection.
  • Played for Lords head coach Bob Stacey; served as 2008-09 team captain.
  • Scored a school-record 54 points in Nelson's game against Notre Dame (in February 2009).
  • Helped Nelson capture the Halton Championship trophy in 2006-07.
  • Earned MVP honors at the 2009 All-Canada Classic (all-star game).
  • Played with Hamilton's Blessed Sacrament club team in the Ontario Basketball Association, winning a provincial title in 2007-08.
  • Also played five years in the Grassroots Canada AAU program; team won adidas Super 64 title in Las Vegas in July 2008.
  • Was listed as the No. 23 point guard in's 2010 national rankings.

  • Brady is the son of Jody Triano and Tom Heslip.
  • His father was an All-Canadian player at the University of Guelph in 1980; his uncle, Jay Triano, played for the Canadian national team for 11 years and is now the head coach of the NBA's Toronto Raptors.
