Award Winner: Robert "Bob" Daniel LeBlanc '71
Robert "Bob" LeBlanc '71 and his wife, Margaret L. "Peg" are longtime supporters of the Boston College Athletic Department and dear friends of the University. Mr. LeBlanc received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, summa cum laude and later earned his Master's degree from MIT. Mr. and Mrs. LeBlanc travel throughout the country to attend BC athletic events. The couple established "The LeBlanc Athletic Fund," in memory of Bob's father, directed to student-athletes with a preference to students in the football program from the Beverly, Danvers, Gloucester, Peabody and Salem areas. Bob is a retired Chief Executive Officer with more than 30 years experience in the chemical and manufacturing industries where he executed numerous growth, turnaround, technology and supply chain strategies. Mr. LeBlanc also served on his 35th Reunion Committee.
Mr. LeBlanc and his wife Peg are the parents of two daughters, Danielle and Chantal. They currently reside in Southport, N.C.
