Sailing Wins The 84th Boston Dinghy Club Challenge Cup

Boston, Mass. - The Boston College sailing team won the 84th Boston Dinghy Club Challenge Cup this past weekend. The intersection regatta took place on Saturday, March 23 and Sunday, March 24 and was hosted by Harvard and MIT.

The Eagles scored 269 total points to finish first, while MIT was second with 294 points. Brown placed third with 298 points, while Rogers Williams was fourth (308 points) and Stanford was fifth with 328 points.

In Division A, Rogers Williams took first with 75 points, while MIT was second with 82. The Boston College team, which was William Bailey, Patrick Hession and Laura McKenna, had 87 points.

The team of Raul Rios, Dom Bove, Doyle Calhoun and Patrick Hession earned 73 points to win the B Division. Stanford placed second with 79 points and Brown was third with 111.
