Created in 2001, Fenway Sports Group (formerly New England Sports Ventures, or NESV) is one of the largest sports, media and entertainment companies in the world with a proven track record of success for each of its subsidiaries. About Fenway Sports Management (FSM)

In 2005, Boston College joined forces with Fenway Sports Management to develop a year-round sponsorship and marketing platform. Under this Fenway Sports Management (FSM), formerly Fenway Sports Group, specializes in property representation, sponsorship sales, and brand management consulting, and serves as the global sports marketing and sales arm of Fenway Sports Group. Since its inception in 2004, FSM has created successful integrated sports marketing programs for the blue chip brands it represents including: the Boston Red Sox, Liverpool FC, NESN, Roush Fenway Racing, Major League Baseball Advanced Media, Boston College Athletics and PGA TOUR Playoff event the Deutsche Bank Championship. Boston College Athletics and FSM

In 2005, Boston College joined forces with Fenway Sports Management to develop a year-round sponsorship and marketing platform. Under this long-term partnership with Boston College, FSM owns the marketing and multimedia rights for BC Athletics and is responsible for sales of marketing and sponsorship programs including in-venue signage, in-game/halftime promotions, corporate outings and hospitality events, on-site marketing opportunities and game-day entitlements. FSM also manages a partnership with IMG College to run the Boston College Sports Radio Network, which broadcasts BC football and men's basketball games on flagship station WEEI and 19 affiliates throughout New England.
