The volleyball team took an afternoon to deliver items such as movies, DVDs, DVD players to the children at the Franciscan Children's Hospital on behalf of SAAC.
Thank-a-Thon
The Thank-a-Thon is a SAAC initiative in which student athletes call donors who have given money back to BC and thank them personally.
Pen Pals
Pen Pals is an SAAC program in which student-athletes are paired up with students at a local elementary school. BC student-athletes write letters to the students once a month and at the end of the year attend a picnic with all of the students on Alumni Field.
Men's Tennis Goes 2-1 on the Weekend
2/13/12 - Men's Tennis
The Boston College Men's Tennis (3-2, 0-1 ACC) team earned two victories over non-conference opponents Marquette (2-3) and Hartford (2-3) this weekend and fell to No. 32 Virginia Tech (3-2, 1-0 ACC) in the first ACC matchup of the season. The Eagles posted 4-3 and 6-1 victories over Marquette and Hartford, respectively, while falling to the Hokies, 6-1.
