Eagle of the Year

In memory of Nathaniel J. Hasenfus '22

The Varsity Club annually presents The Nathaniel J. Hasenfus '22 Eagle of the Year Award. The award is given each year to the outstanding male and female athletes in the graduating class who are outstanding citizens, leaders, scholars and athletes. Each recipient receives a bronze eagle on an inscribed mahogany base. The prestigious awards are named in honor of Dr. Nathaniel J. Hasenfus, the late beloved historian of Boston College Athletics and former president of the Varsity Club.
