MASCOT APPEARANCE REQUEST FORMS


Are you looking for a way to add spirit and fun to your parties, business meetings, or special events?

If so, Boston College's Baldwin is available upon request to add spice to any occasion. If you would like to have an exciting and memorable addition to your event, please complete the form below and "submit".

BC Department Event Appearance: $50.00/hr
Boston College department appearances are for events lasting up to two hours, which are sponsored by Boston College or other affiliates of BC.
Nonprofit Organization Appearance: $150.00/hr
For nonprofit organization functions up to two hours in length.
Corporate Appearances: $500.00
For a corporate events up to two hours in length.
Schools (K-12): $50.00/hr
Up to 2 hours
Student Request: $25.00
For a visit up to 15 minutes.
Weddings/Special Events: $500.00
For weddings and special events up to two hours in length.
Birthday/Graduation Parties: $200.00
For birthday and graduation parties up to two hours in length.
Other: (Including BC Athletic Department Related Requests) $TBD
Price and length of event TBD based on information provided.

All prices are subject to change in accordance with event location and availability. All appearances are booked on a first come first serve basis and are dependent on availability. All events are booked at the discretion of the Boston College Athletic Department and may be denied for any reason. Payment is due at the time of the event unless otherwise arranged.

In order to improve the chances of your request being approved, please submit your request no later than two (2) weeks prior to your scheduled event. Requests submitted less than two (2) weeks prior to your event may not be processed.

** If applicable, a transportation expense of 55 cents per mile ($10.00 minimum) will be charged for all mascot appearances. This charge will be in addition to the cost of the appearance.
