 ADA Parking

SEASON TICKET HOLDERS:

  • Handicapped parking is available on the second level of the Beacon St. garage for season ticket holders. Space on campus is limited and requires a permit issued by Boston College. There is currently a wait list for this service..
  • Applications for handicapped accessible parking accommodations for season ticket holders must be requested through the Athletic Operations office.  Requests may be written and sent to Athletic Operations, Conte Forum Suite 310, 140 Commonwealth Ave., Chestnut Hill, MA 02467.  Requests may also be sent via fax:  Attn. - Kirsten Britton 617.552.4335 or email: athletic.operations@bc.edu.
  • Permits are only issued to season ticket holders with a valid state issued placard.

NON-SEASON TICKET HOLDERS (Single Game)

  • Space is available at the Needham Satallite Lot where a permis is not required.  A handicapped shuttle is available for patrons who are in wheelchairs, have difficulty walking, or need assistance.  The drop-off/pick-up location for this shuttle is outside Gate A of Alumni Stadium.

ADA Seating

  • Alumni Stadium has designated seating locations for individuals with disabilities attending events and may be purchased with one adjacent companion seat.  Please contact the Ticket Office for availability at 617.552.4622 for more information regarding disability seating.

AED's

  • There is an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) located near both the North and South entrances of Conte Forum.  Please contact the event staff if medical assistance is needed.

Alcohol Policy

  • Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into Alumni Stadium. Guests will not be allowed to enter Alumni Stadium if they appear intoxicated. Drunk and/or disorderly behavior as well as violation of any alcohol policy will result in ejection from Alumni Stadium without refund and could result in the loss of season tickets.

Alumni Stadium

  • With a capacity of 44,500 maroon and gold clad fans, Alumni Stadium is the home of the Eagles. In 1971, the stadium was expanded to 32,000 seats and artificial turf and lights were installed. The stadium was rebuilt again in 1988 as matching upper decks and a new press box were added. The current version of Alumni Stadium opened in the fall of 1995. The current Field Turf surface was installed in the summer of 2004. A state of the art public address system, restroom and concession facilities, an improved lighting system and a beautiful brick and glass exterior façade combine to make Alumni Stadium one of the finest football facilities in the nation.

  • All animals are prohibited in Alumni Stadium with the exception of service animals assisting those with disabilities.

ATM's

  • An ATM machine is located in the southeast corner of the Conte Forum concourse for in-game access. Additional ATM's outside the stadium can be found at Walsh Hall, 21 Campanella Way, and Corcoran Commons. Please note that Boston College Concessions stands do accept debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and Boston College Student ID cards for payment.

Banners, Signs, and Flags

  • Banners, signs, and flags are not permitted in Alumni Stadium.

BCPD (Boston College Police Department)

  • Many officers are present on game day to ensure the safety and security of the athletes, coaches and fans. The main BCPD station is located at 21 Campanella Way. A substation is located in the stadium on the lower concourse level near sections Q and P.

  • The Boston College Bookstore has merchandise stands located at the following locations throughout Alumni Stadium and Conte Forum:

Camera Policy

  • Still cameras that do not obstruct views of the field of neighboring guests are permitted. Cameras that have lenses larger than 4 inches or those that are detachable are not permitted in Alumni Stadium.

Colors

  • The official colors of Boston College are maroon and gold.

 

Concessions

  • Stands and carts are located throughout Alumni Stadium and Conte Forum. All permanent and most portable stand locations accept debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and Boston College Student ID cards for payment.

 

Conte Forum

  • Conte Forum is adjacent to Alumni Stadium and is the home of the Boston College Men's and Women's basketball, Men's and Women's ice hockey, and Women's volleyball teams. Conte Forum offers concession stands, merchandise stands, and restrooms open to the public on football game day.

Directions -

  • The GPS address of Alumni Stadium is 2604 Beacon St., Chestnut Hill, MA 02467. On game day, Flynn Fun permit holders should follow the directions on the back of their parking pass to access campus.

      
    From Points North and South:

1.        Take Interstate 95 (Route 128) to Exit 24 (Route 30).

2.       Proceed east on Route 30, also known as Commonwealth Avenue, and follow for about five miles to Boston College.

From Points West:

1.        Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (Interstate 90) to Exit 17.

2.       At the first set of lights off the exit ramp, take a right onto Centre Street.

3.       Follow Centre Street to the fourth set of lights, and turn left onto Commonwealth Avenue.

4.       Follow Commonwealth Avenue 1-1/2 miles to Boston College.

From Downtown Boston:

1.        Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (Interstate 90) to Exit 17.

2.       Take a left over the bridge after passing the Sheraton Tara Hotel.

3.       Take the first right onto Centre Street.

4.        Follow Centre Street to the fourth set of lights, and turn left onto Commonwealth Avenue.

5.        Follow Commonwealth Avenue 1-1/2 miles to Boston College.

From Logan Airport:

 1.    Follow signs to I-90 via the Williams Tunnel (Toll).

2.     Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) to Exit 17.

Eagle Exchange

  • Eagle exchange is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Eagle Exchange can be found at www.bceagles.com and allows you to:
    • Purchase Tickets: Buy tickets directly from the Boston College Athletic Department when available.
    • Renew Tickets: Renew your season tickets online in a matter of minutes.
    • Ticket Marketplace: Buy and sell unused tickets from Boston College season ticket holders.
    • Ticket Transfer: Transfer unused tickets to family and friends.
    • Ticket Donate: Donate unused tickets to Boston College and help support local community members by providing them an opportunity to attend a BC Football game.

 

Eagle Walk

  • The Eagle Walk tradition began in 2007. Members of the football team walk from Robsham Theater, down Campanella Way, to Gate E of Alumni Stadium. Guests are encouraged to come out to greet the players and coaches during the Eagle Walk.

Elevators

  • Elevators are located in the corner of each end zone and also in the north and south entrances of Conte Forum. The elevators provide service to the concourse levels of Alumni Stadium and Conte Forum with the exception of the upper decks.

 

Emergency Evacuation

  • In the event that the Boston College Athletic Department determines that it is necessary to evacuate the Stadium, an announcement will be made by the Public Address Announcer advising fans of the need to leave the stadium. Upon hearing this announcement, guests are advised to exit the stadium in a calm and orderly fashion. Guests are encouraged to exit the Stadium via the gate printed on their ticket. The gate printed on the ticket is the closest exit to that corresponding seat location. Staff members have been trained in emergency preparedness and evacuation and will assist guests as needed.

Event Staff

  • Event Staff may be recognized by their brightly colored jackets labeled "Event Staff." Please notify the nearest event staff member if you have any questions or concerns throughout the day.  TeamOps is the event staffing company utilized by Boston College and is the same company used by the New England Patriots.  Please click here for more information regarding TeamOps and future employment.

 

Fan Behavior

  • Proper behavior is expected from all of our guests. Foul/abusive language and/or rowdy behavior will not be tolerated and will be cause for ejection and/or arrest. Violators may also have their season tickets revoked. Notify the nearest Event Staff or Security Representative immediately if actions of this type occur near you.
    "We are BC" is a campus wide initiative aimed at enhancing the atmosphere at BC for students, alumni, visitors, student-athletes and guests. Through the four tenets of the campaign, Pride, Passion, Respect, and Responsibility, campus leaders are hoping to promote a fun, safe, and respectful environment for all of Boston College. Guests of Boston College are expected to:
    • Sit in assigned seats to avoid inconveniencing other guests.
    • Keep aisles clear at all times.
    • Be prepared to show your ticket stub each time you enter your assigned seating section.
    • Refrain from entering the playing surface, throwing objects, or any other actions that may prove hazardous. Offenders will be ejected and are subject to arrest and prosecution.
    In an effort to offer assistance to our fans on game day a text messaging system has been added to report medical emergencies or instances of unruly behavior in conjunction with home games. The system will be in place beginning 3 hours prior to kick off on Saturdays.     FanFest

    • FanFest opens to all game patrons 3 hours prior to the start of the game and closes 30 minutes before kickoff. Conveniently located in the Flynn Recreation Complex, FanFest offers pre-game festivities such as: food & beverages, inflatable games, music, as well as mascot, cheerleader, and marching band appearances. Admission is free with a ticket to the game!

    First Aid

    • The St Elizabeth's first aid room is located on the lower concourse of Alumni Stadium inside Gate E, behind section U and is staffed by the following staff:
    • One (1) Medical Doctor
    • One (1) Registered Nurse
    • One (1) Boston College Police Officer/EMT

     

    Mobile first response teams of three (3) emergency medical technicians (EMT) are located inside Alumni Stadium in the following locations:

    ·        Northwest Corner of the Concourse at the top of Sections A-Z

    ·        Northeast Corner of the Concourse at the top of Sections  W-U

    ·        Southwest Corner of the Concourse at the top of Sections H-G

    ·        Southeast Corner of the Concourse at the top of Sections L-O

    ·        Conte Forum 4th Floor Concourse under Upper Deck Sections GG to BB

    ·        East side of Alumni Stadium Upper Concourse Concession Areas under Upper Deck Sections OO to UU

     

    In an effort to offer assistance to our fans on game day a text messaging system has been added to report medical emergencies or instances of unruly behavior in conjunction with home games. The system will be in place beginning 3 hours prior to kick off on Saturdays.     Flynn Fund

    • The Flynn Fund provides our student-athletes and coaches with the resources that are necessary to compete at the highest level of college athletics. Donations may be designated to any one of Boston College's 31 varsity programs, or you may choose to make an unrestricted gift to the Flynn Fund which gives the Director of Athletics flexibility to use the funds where they are needed the most. Gifts to Boston College earmarked for athletics qualify donors for membership in the Boston College giving societies.
    • Your annual investment helps fund scholarships, recruiting, facility upgrades, and operating costs. All annual gifts to Athletics are tax deductible to the extent of the law. Boston College's fiscal year runs from June 1 to May 31.

    Gate Information and Locations

    • Gates to Alumni Stadium open 90 minutes prior to kick-off.  Guests are encouraged to enter Alumni Stadium through the gate printed on their ticket.  Suite ticket holders may enter through any gate.  All student ticket holders must have a valid Boston College ID and must enter through Gate A.

      • Gate A is located at the Southwest corner of Alumni Stadium
      • Gate B is located on the South side of Conte Forum
      • Gate C is located on the North side of Conte Forum
      • Gate D is located at the Northwest corner of Alumni Stadium

      • Gate F is located at the Southwest corner of Alumni Stadium and is accessible via the top level of the Beacon St. garage.

    Gridiron Club

    • The Gridiron Club in its current form was founded in 2001. The mission of the club is to preserve the traditions, foster the ideals, and build support for the Boston College Football program. Benefits of membership include a quarterly newsletter, a one year subscription to ESPN the magazine, and access at reduced prices to events. The Gridiron Club events include a pre-game tailgate in partnership with the Alumni Association for home games, Gridiron Club dinners, Gridiron Club receptions at away games, members only spring scrimmage access, and the Gridiron Golf Club tournament.     Grills

    • Gas grills are only permitted in designated Flynn Fund parking areas. Charcoal grills are prohibited on campus. No grilling or open flames are allowed in the parking garages.

     

    Guest Service Stations

    • Guest service stations are located on campus at the St. Ignatius gate and also next to Merkert Hall near Gate B. Staff can assist fans with directions and game day events at these locations.

     

    Hall of Fame Wall

    • The Hall of Fame Wall has recently been renovated and is located on the West side concourse of Conte Forum.

     

    Hajjar Family Football Museum

    • The Hajjar Family Football Museum is located in the Yawkey Athletics Center. Hours of operation are: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.  On home football game weekends the hours are:
      • Friday - 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
      • Saturday - Closed
      • Sunday - 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM

    Luxury Box Locations

    • Luxury boxes are available on all sides of Alumni Stadium. Contact the Flynn Fund for more information at 617.552.0772.

     

    Marching Band

    • The 140 member marching band performs pre-game at Gate C and the Eagle Walk. The band also performs on the field at half-time and throughout every home game, concluding with the Alma Mater and a post-game performance.

     

    MBTA

    • The MBTA is the easiest and most convenient way for visiting fans to access Boston College
    • Boston College can be reached by a variety of MBTA stations. The Green Line B, C, and D trains have stops within walking distance to Alumni Stadium. The Riverside Station (exit 22 off Rt. 128/I95) provides ample parking and easy access from the Metro West Region via the Green line's D train.

    Parking

    SEASON TICKET HOLDERS

    • Due to a limited number of parking spaces, parking permits are required for all Boston College on campus parking lots.
    • All on-campus parking is assigned through the Flynn Fund 617.552.0772.

    NON-SEASON TICKET HOLDERS (Single Game)

    • If you do not have a permit, please park in the Needham Satellite parking lot and take a complimentary shuttle to campus.
    • The Needham Satellite Lot does not require a parking permit, and is available for passenger vehicles, charter buses, and school buses.
    • Tailgating is prohibited in all satellite parking lots.
    • No overnight parking is allowed.
    • Parking within any of the local neighborhoods is not permitted and violator's vehicles will be towed at owners expense.

    OVERSIZED VEHICLE PARKING

    • On-campus charter bus permits are limited and must be requested in writing, in advance, to the Athletic Operations Office at Conte Forum Suite 310, 140 Commonwealth Ave., Chestnut Hill, MA 02467.  The Needham Satellite Lot can accommodate parking for charter buses without parking permits.
    • Motor Home (RV) parking is prohibited on the Boston College campus and in all satellite parking lots.

    Press Box Access

    • Only credentialed personnel will be allowed into the press box.
    • All media should contact the media relations office 617.552.3004 to request a credential.

     

    Programs

    • Game programs are available for purchase inside all gates of Alumni Stadium

    To ensure that all fans have a safe and enjoyable visit to Alumni Stadium for all Boston College events, the following items are prohibited:

    • Banners, Signs and Flags
    • Beach balls
    • Canes, chains or sticks of any length (non-medical use canes)
    • Cans, Glass or Metal containers
    • Coolers (unless containing medical supplies)
    • Fireworks or any Explosive
    • Folding Chairs
    • Food and Beverage
    • Helium Balloons
    • Illegal Drugs
    • Knives of any size
    • Laser Pointers
    • Pets (except service animals for the disabled)
    • Promotional Items with commercial identification
    • Tape Recorders
    • Use of Umbrellas
    • Weapons of any description (weapons carried with a permit are also prohibited)

    PLEASE NOTE:
    Other items that, in the judgment of the stadium management, pose a safety hazard or diminish the enjoyment of an event by other patrons shall be prohibited.
    Prohibited items will not be accepted for safekeeping by Alumni Stadium event staff. Fans are reminded to please leave all such items secured in their vehicles. Individuals with possession of a prohibited item(s) may be denied admission to Alumni Stadium.
    When a prohibited item is discovered after a patron enters the facility, the item shall be confiscated and disposed of and the patron may be ejected from the facility, shall be denied re-entry and the TICKET PRICE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

    Re-Entry into Stadium

    • Re-entry is NOT permitted into Alumni Stadium or Conte Forum.

     

    Restrooms

    • Restrooms are located throughout Alumni Stadium and Conte Forum. The restrooms offer baby changing stations and are fully ADA accessible. Companion restrooms are located in the south end zone 2nd floor office building at each end. The companion restrooms are conveniently located near the handicapped seating section under the retired jersey wall.

    Shea Field

    • Visit www.bceagles.com for up-to-date parking & tailgating information, including the opening of parking lots.
    • The main pedestrian entrance and exit of Shea Field has changed and will now be located outside of the Beacon Street Garage behind home plate of the baseball field. Additionally, for those Shea Field guests entering from the Beacon St. side of Alumni Stadium, there will be a secondary entrance located at the stairwell adjacent to the Beacon St. Garage and Gate A.
    • Everyone must have a ticket to the game to access Shea Field!
    • Pedestrian traffic opens 30 minutes after the parking areas have opened.
    • Alcohol may not be carried onto Shea Field.
    • Glass containers are not allowed on Shea Field.
    • Shea Field closes at kick-off. BCPD will make affirmative efforts to end activities and clear Shea Field by the start of the game.

Smoking

  • Smoking is prohibited on the Boston College campus.

 

Student Tickets

  • Student tickets are valid ONLY for Boston College students with a valid student ID card. Students must enter the stadium at Gate A only.Fans

 

Tailgating Policy

  • Tailgating is only allowed in designated Flynn Fund parking lots.
  • Tailgating is prohibited in front of St. Thomas Moore Hall and Merkert.
  • Tailgating is NOT permitted while games are in progress. Boston College Police Department will make affirmative efforts to end tailgating 30 minutes prior to kick-off and to clear all guests from parking lots by kick-off.
  • Pre-game: All parking lots open 3 hours prior to kick-off.
  • Post-game: For games starting before 3:00 PM, post-game tailgating may last up to two hours. For games starting between 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM, post-game tailgating may last up to one hour. For games beginning after 4:00 PM, post-game tailgating is NOT allowed.

Tents

  • Pop up canopies are permitted on campus. Tents are not permitted anywhere on campus.

Text Messaging Service

  • In an effort to offer assistance to our fans on game day a text messaging system has been added to report medical emergencies or instances of unruly behavior in conjunction with home games. The system will be in place beginning 3 hours prior to kick off on Saturdays. Fans can simply send a text to the number 69050 and type into the message the keyword "BCEagles" followed by a space, followed by a brief description of the issue and its location. Ushers, public safety personnel and/or University officials will respond as needed.

Tickets

  • All Guests over two years of age must have a ticket for admittance to the game.

OFFICE HOURS:

  • Tickets can be purchased Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM at the Ticket Office, located inside of Conte Forum at Gate B.

GAME DAY HOURS:

  • All Ticket Office windows open three hours prior to kick-off. If available, tickets can be purchased at the Ticket Office or the ticket window located at Gate E of Alumni Stadium.

TICKET POLICIES:

  • All persons over the age of two must have a ticket for admission to Alumni Stadium.

STUDENT TICKETS:

  • Student tickets are valid ONLY for Boston College students with a valid student ID card. Students must enter the stadium at Gate A only.

EAGLE EXCHANGE:

  • Eagle Exchange is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  The Eagle Exchange can be found at www.bcealges.com and allows you to:
    • Purchase Tickets:  Buy tickets directly from the Boston College Athletic Department when available.
    • Renew Tickets:  Renew your season tickets online in a matter of minutes
    • Ticket Marketplace:  Buy and sell unused tickets from Boston College season ticket holders.
    • Ticket Transfer:  Transfer unused tickets to Boston College and help support local community memebers by providing them an opportunity to attend a BC football game.
    • Ticket Donate:  Donate unused tickets to Boston College and help support local community members by providing them an opportunity to attend a BC football game

  • Lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets will not be replaced.

Trophy Cases

  • The trophy cases are located on the East side concourse of Conte Forum. The football trophies, including Doug Flutie's Heisman Trophy, are located in the Hajjar Family Football Museum at the Yawkey Athletic Center.  Hours of operation are: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.  On home football game weekends the hours are:
    • Friday - 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
    • Saturday - Closed
    • Sunday - 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM 

 

Umbrellas

  • Umbrellas are not permitted in Alumni Stadium.

 

Varsity Club

  • The Varsity Club pre-game hospitality function is located in the Shea Room. Membership is required and the event begins 2 hours prior to kick-off.

 

Vehicle Restrictions

  • No RV's, campers, or limousines are allowed on campus. There is no "drop-off" or "pick-up" area on campus. Parking garages have height restrictions.
    • Commonwealth Ave. Garage has a clearance of 6 ft.
    • Beacon St. Garage has a clearance of 7 ft.

    Yawkey Athletics Center

    • The Yawkey Athletics Center recently opened in 2005.  It is a 72,000 square-foot facility attached to the North Endzone of Alumni Stadium.  The Yawkey Athletics Center is home to the football staff offices, Hajjar Family Football Museum, Alfond football locker room, meeting rooms, sports medicine room, weight room, and the Learning Resources for Student-Athlete offices.  The Yawkey Athletics Center was funded entirely by private funds and received the lead gift from the Yawkey Foundation.  The Yawkey Athletics Center is closed to the general public on football gamedays.
