Football Radio Show Returns Monday

Weekly program set for 7 p.m. at Jake N Joes in Waltham
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College Football Radio Show with coach Steve Addazio returns Monday, August 28 at Jake N Joes in Waltham. The weekly show is from 7-8 p.m. and airs live on WEEI 850 AM or online at TuneIn.com. For fans who can't attend in-person, the show will also be available on Twitter via @BCFootball.

The voice of the Eagles, Jon Meterparal, returns as the host along with BC IMG Sports Network analyst and former BC standout Pete Cronan. The show will air every Monday prior to a game at Jake N Joes in Waltham except for Labor Day week when there will not be a show.

Monday's show will feature several special guests including former BC star linebacker and current special teams coordinator and outside linebackers coach Ricky Brown.

Boston College returns 46 letterwinners and 17 starters in 2017 after the Eagles won three consecutive games to close out the 2016 season, including a 36-30 win over Big Ten foe Maryland in the Quick Lane Bowl. It was the first bowl win for the Eagles since 2007 as BC went to the postseason for the third time in the previous four seasons.

BC opens the 2017 season Friday, Sept. 1 at Northern Illinois (9:30 p.m.) on CBS Sports Network. The Eagles open the 2017 home schedule on Saturday, Sept. 9 at 1 p.m. vs. Wake Forest (ACC Network Extra).
