Boston College had its first practice and met with the media at Amalie Arena today before the Eagles clash with Quinnipiac in the national semifinal tomorrow at 5 p.m. on ESPN2

TAMPA - Boston College returned to the site of where it captured the 2012 national championship and look to collect its sixth star this weekend.

The Eagles met with ESPN talent John Buccigross, Barry Melrose and Quint Kessenich along with other media outlets before taking to the ice for their first practice at 11 a.m.

Following practice, head coach Jerry York, senior captain Teddy Doherty and junior assistant captain Steve Santini met with the press formally at the post-practice press conference to talk about the season and first-ever meeting with Quinnipiac on Thursday night in the national semifinal live on ESPN2 at 5 p.m. WATCH HERE.

BC will have a ceremony later this evening with the three other teams on the water before focusing its attention to Quinnipiac tomorrow night.
