- Freshman Carly Severini made good on her lone at bat, lifting the ball beyond the fence for her first career home run.Â

- The Eagles capitalized with a runner on second in the bottom of the first with Murphy singling home senior Stephanie Lord.
- Severini extended the lead to 3-0, blasting a two-run home run in the bottom of the fourth inning, bringing home senior Jessie Daulton from third.
- Boston College added another in the fifth, with a Daulton single down the right field line plating senior Megan Cooley.
