BC HOSTS FLORIDA STATE TUESDAY
• Boston College will host Florida State on Tuesday night at 7 p.m. at Conte Forum.
• The game will be televised by ESPNU and can be heard on the radio on WEEI 850 AM and bceagles.com.
• Boston College has lost its first six conference matchups, including a 76-49 road loss at Notre Dame on Saturday.
• The Seminoles have lost their last two outings and most recently fell to Pittsburgh at home, 74-72, on Saturday.
• Florida State is 2-4 on the road and 1-3 away from Tallahassee in ACC action.
• FSU has won each of the last three meetings against the Eagles.
MILITARY APPRECIATION
• Boston College will be collecting military care package items at all men's basketball and hockey games through February 5. Donations will be collected on the Conte Forum concourse near Gate B and Gate C. All donated items will be packaged and sent overseas to deployed military personnel.Â

LAST TIME vs. FLORIDA STATE
• Olivier Hanlan scored 32 points on 12-for-22 shooting as Boston College lost at Florida State on February 18, 2015, 69-60.
• He was also 6-for-7 from the foul line.
• Aaron Brown added 15 points.
• Patrick Heckmann had seven rebounds and seven assists.
• Boston College started the game on an 11-2 run with Hanlan scoring the first seven points and 11 of the first 13 overall.
• The BC lead was 13-8 before the Eagles rattled off six unanswered points to build a 19-8 lead.
• Florida State went on a 12-0 run over 4:03 to take a 25-23 lead with 3:51 left in the half.
• BC would take a 32-27 lead into the locker room.
• With the Eagles on top, 36-30, Florida State went on a 13-3 run to take a 43-39 lead with 13:27 remaining.
• Boston College fought right back with seven unanswered to regain a 46-43 lead. Hanlan had four of the points and Brown connected on a 3-pointer.
• The Seminoles made a decisive 12-2 run that lasted nearly six minutes to build a 57-50 lead with 4:50 left.
• The closest BC got the rest of the way was five points. Â
IRISH'S STRONG SECOND HALF LEADS TO WIN
• Graduate student Eli Carter finished with a game-high 16 points as Boston College lost at Notre Dame on Saturday, 76-49.
• He was 3-for-5 from beyond the arc.
• Freshman A.J. Turner recorded seven points and seven rebounds.
• Sophomore Darryl Hicks also scored seven points off the bench.
• Notre Dame started the game with a 14-2 run over the first six minutes.
• Boston College scored eight unanswered points to cut its deficit to 19-15 with eight minutes left in the half. Carter had the first five points of the run.
• The Irish took a 34-29 lead into halftime.
• Notre Dame scored the first seven points in the second half which sparked a 16-2 run to extend the lead to 50-31 with 12:48 remaining.
• The lead was 15 points or more the rest of the way.
