Dave Zumbach '77
- A top-flight, sure-handed wide receiver, he set a Boston
College career pass-catching standard of 113 career
receptions, a record that stood for nearly a decade.
- His 43 catches during the 1974 season was the second-highest
output ever at BC at the time.
- Known for his technical perfection and excellent hands.
- After graduation, he played professionally for the NFL's New
Orleans Saints.
- Inducted into the Boston College Varsity Club Athletic Hall
of Fame in 1997.
