Rev. Francis V. Sullivan, S.J.
- Teacher, moderator, chaplain, and friend to all in the
Boston College family, he served as Faculty Moderator of
Athletics from 1933 through 1939.
- He was a founder of the Boston College Varsity Club.
- During World War II, he served with great distinction in
the Pacific and in Europe as a Chaplain in the United
States Navy.
- Inducted into the Boston College Varsity Club Athletic
Hall of Fame in 1970.
