Bill Robinson '61
- An ace pitcher for the Boston College baseball team, he
compiled a 17-4 record over three seasons and helped the
Eagles earn appearances in both the 1960 and 1961 College
World Series.
- A steady and talented punter in football, he skillfully
handled the Eagles' kicking duties during his three varsity
seasons. His 71-yard punt against Dartmouth in 1959 set a
record that last for nearly 20 years.
- Inducted into the Boston College Varsity Club Athletic Hall
of Fame in 1988.
