F. Alvin Ricci '32
- A great all-around athlete, he was the only member of his
graduating class to earn eight varsity letters.
- Al was a hard-hitting defensive back in football, an
excellent batter and outfielder in baseball, and team-
leading javelin thrower in track and field.
- Contributed a lifetime of service to Boston College,
including Presidency of the Varsity Club in 1970.
- Inducted into the Boston College Varsity Club Athletic Hall
of Fame in 1977.
