Ross O'Hanley '60
- One of the greatest defensive backs in Boston College
football history.
- A fine student-athlete, he was winner of the 1959 Thomas F.
Scanlan Award for outstanding character, scholarship, and
football ability.
- Following graduation, he became an All-Pro selection in his
rookie season with the Boston Patriots and enjoyed a six-
year career in professional football.
- Also served as an officer of the Boston College Varsity Club.
- Inducted into the Boston College Varsity Club Athletic Hall
of Fame in 1975.
