Nine Athletes to be Inducted into the BC Varsity Club Hall of Fame

Honorees will be feted on September 7

Amy LaCombe '90

- A team captain and all-around versatile player, she is among Boston College's career leaders in points scored (1,147); assists (245); field goals made (488); steals (125); and 3-point field goals (50).

- Twice awarded BIG EAST All-Conference honors, she also captured All-Tournament kudos at the Ohio State Buckeye Classic (1987), Fairfield Warner Classic (1988), and Dial Classic (1989) and twice captured the MVP Trophy in the Syracuse Tournament. She was a member of the first Boston College team to compete in the BIG EAST Conference Championship.

- She brought her high level work ethic and passion to the classroom as well, earning advanced academic degrees and joining the faculty in Boston College's Carroll School of Management.

- Inducted into the Boston College Varsity Club Athletic Hall of Fame in 2012.
