- This versatile 6-8 forward was a starter for all three of his varsity seasons, during which BC reached the NIT once and made two trips to the NCAA Tournament.

- Kissane served as captain of the team in his senior year. In 1967-68, he was selected as the Most Valuable Player in the Boston Garden Tournament after leading the Eagles to victories over NC State and Providence, and his rebounding and shooting skills were instrumental in the team's still- legendary success during his years at the Heights.

- He was drafted by the NBA's Cincinnati Royals and later played with the Minnesota Pipers of the ABA.

- Inducted into the Boston College Varsity Club Athletic Hall of Fame in 1982.
