Ed Hockenbury '66
- The point guard and general for Coach Bob Cousy's successful
teams of 1963-66, he served as captain of the Eagles his
senior year.
- He twice led BC to appearances in the NIT, as the Eagles
went 43-12 in his final two campaigns.
- A versatile athlete, Hockenbury also earned letters in
baseball and track.
- Following graduation, Hockenbury became a highly respected
college basketball coach.
- Inducted into the Boston College Varsity Club Athletic Hall
of Fame in 1995.
