GORDIE FARKOUH `83
-A goaltender extraordinaire, he set Boston College soccer records in four career categories: saves (359), goals-against average (0.71); shutouts (33); and wins (38). In 1982, his 14 shutouts and 2115 minutes played established new BC season standards.
-Reaped a host of honors, including three-time Greater Boston All-Star, Greater Boston MVP, NCAA Division I New England All-Star and BIG EAST All-Tournament Team selection.
-His highly-skilled play helped the Eagles win the 1980 ECAC New England Championship; Greater Boston League Championships in 1981 and 1982; and 1982 New England Championship.
