James "Sonny" Foley '25

- A talented and versatile athlete who starred as a third baseman in baseball, quarterback in football, and All- America center in hockey.

- Although small in stature, his aggressive play and undaunted courage made him one of the greatest heroes of this golden era of Boston College athletics.

- Inducted into the Boston College Varsity Club Athletic Hall of Fame in 1971.
