Jimmy Fitzgerald '49
- His game-winning goal against Dartmouth in the third period
of the NCAA Finals gave Boston College a 4-3 victory and
the 1949 National Championship.
- This swift-skating right wing was a prolific scorer and one
of the major offensive contributors to Boston College's New
England and National Championship season.
- Was also a founder of the Pike's Peak Club of Boston College.
- Inducted into the Boston College Varsity Club Athletic Hall
of Fame in 1988.
