Bernadette Diaz '84
- Played in first or second flight of all Boston College
tennis matches during her four-year varsity career.
- Captain of the Eagles in both her junior and senior seasons,
she led them to their first-ever berth in the National
Championship Tournament and first BIG EAST championship.
- Varsity record of 72 wins and 28 losses against opponent's
top individual players.
- Co-winner of the 1984 "Eagle of the Year" Award.
- Inducted into the Boston College Varsity Club Athletic Hall
of Fame in 1991.
