Charles "Chuck" Darling '25
- The epitome of the "Scholar Athlete", he was quarterback,
fullback, and captain of football; hard-hitting baseball
outfielder; and gifted classroom student.
- Received All-America accolades for his running, passing, and
punting skills on the gridiron.
- Equally talented on the baseball diamond, he batted
over .400 during his stellar varsity career.
- Inducted into the Boston College Varsity Club Athletic Hall
of Fame in 1970.
