Bill Army '80
- An All-America, All-East, and All-New England center, he
scored 164 points (64 goals, 100 assists) during a
magnificent varsity career.
- As a senior, he was winner of the Walter Brown Award as the
outstanding American player in college hockey. He led the
Eagles in scoring that season, with 20 goals and 24 assists,
and was named the team's Most Valuable Player.
- Was the center on Boston College's top scoring line in 1977-
78, when Boston College advanced to the finals of the NCAA
Championship tournament.
- Inducted into the Boston College Varsity Club Athletic Hall
of Fame in 1986.
