Coach Foley will begin her 15th season as head coach of the Boston College Women's Soccer Program. The native of Plymouth, MA has been a member of the Region I Olympic Development Program staff since 1998 and was named New England Coach of the Year by the New England Women's Intercollegiate Soccer Association in 19992, 2003, and this past 2010 season. She currently holds both an NSCAA Advanced National License and a USSF class 'A' License. Coach Foley has led the BC Women's Soccer team to an ACC co-championship in 2009 and a Final Four 'College Cup' in 2010.

Neel Bhattacharjee enters his third season as an assistant coach with the Boston College women's soccer program. Bhattacharjee (pronounced BAT-uh-CHARGE-ee) joined the Eagles after three seasons as the associate head women's soccer coach at George Washington University. Bhattacharjee will work directly with the goalkeepers, and will serve as the recruiting coordinator for the program. He also assists in team training and handles a number of administrative aspects for the program, including co-directing the Lady Eagles Soccer School.

In 2006, Bhattacharjee served as the goalkeeper coach for the Under-21 Women's National Team during a competition in England and Scotland. He is the U16 head goalkeeper coach for the Region I Olympic Development Program (ODP) and previously worked with Region IV ODP. He also is the olders goalkeeper coach with the Scorpions Soccer Club. Bhattacharjee holds a US Soccer Federation "A" License, along with a US. Soccer Federation Goalkeeper License and NSCAA Goalkeeper Level I, II and III, Premier Diplomas..
